Before a session

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible. Available alternatives depend on the agreed format and notice period.

Confirmed work

Fees, cancellation conditions and any refund arrangement for paid work are included in the relevant written booking confirmation. The service archive does not process payments.

Digital material

Where a specific download is purchased elsewhere, its terms appear at checkout. No direct purchase is completed through this site.
